We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to ensure that company products are well-stocked, attractively displayed, correctly priced, and readily available in retail outlets. The successful candidate will monitor stock levels, implement promotional activities, maintain good relationships with retail staff, and ensure compliance with merchandising standards to maximise product visibility and support sales growth.
Ensure company products are properly displayed and arranged according to merchandising guidelines.
Replenish shelves and maintain adequate product availability at assigned retail outlets.
Monitor stock levels, expiry dates where applicable, damaged products, and stock rotation.
Ensure products are correctly priced and promotional materials are displayed where required.
Maintain attractive, clean, and organised product displays.
Implement promotional campaigns and point-of-sale activities.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and shelf positioning.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with store managers and retail staff.
Conduct regular visits to assigned outlets according to the approved route plan.
Report stock shortages, slow-moving products, damaged goods, and out-of-stock situations to the relevant supervisor.
Submit daily activity reports, including outlet visits, stock observations, and merchandising activities.
Ensure company products receive appropriate shelf space and visibility.
Support sales teams during product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
Adhere to company policies, health and safety requirements, and retail outlet procedures.
